What are O-Shots®?

Dr. Honegger discusses your symptoms and medical history to determine if O-Shots® are right for you. She completes a physical exam (including a pelvic exam) and may order blood testing, an ultrasound, or other diagnostic tests to determine how to best treat your condition. 

However, the O-Shot® might not be appropriate for you if you’re pregnant, trying to become pregnant, nursing, have severe allergies, or have an infection or specific sexual health concerns. 

What should I expect during O-Shot® injections?

After obtaining a sample of PRP from your blood, Dr. Honegger numbs your intimate areas and injects the PRP into the vaginal wall and clitoris. O-Shots® aren’t painful, though you might feel a tiny pinch during the injection.
